Always wondered if my photos were being used commercially. Fortunately Pixsy did find a few that were.

I was a little sceptical about using this service, however it recently found one of my images being used within a promotional video without consent or any credit. After sending the site a message, the video was taken down immediately as I suspect they may have also been misusing other images. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone digitally posting their images anywhere.

Pixsy is a fantastic service that helps visual artists navigate the perils of having their copyright misappropriated. It's free to use up until the point at which you decide to file a case with them. They have their own lawyers handle your case for you, take their fee, and you get the rest.There are other ways to handle a case, such as hiring an IP attorney yourself, but the beauty of Pixsy is that since many artists would rather be making art than managing a lawsuit, this is often a less time-consuming way to go. Also, as I understand it most cases are settled outside of the courtroom. I recommend it.

Great platform I recommend it to artists and photographers alike. When you actually see your work correctly identified by Pixsy then it is easy to send a take down notice. I sought advice from a senior UK IP expert, his advice was protect as much as you can, tell everyone is is protected then go in hard and fast if you find an infringement, on the basis that 95% of people will respond to your request to remove the offending image. The other 5% is are just the small minority that seek to steal whatever they can and know how to operate illegally.

OUTSTANDING work from Pixsy, easy to use and submit pictures, as well as excellent communication with what's going on with each case. As many can understand stealing is not a pleasant thing, even seeing what has been pinched on display somewhere else makes being creative more difficult so for the people who don't want to get caught out, use a photo stock service don't just copy and paste. There is a need for patience when submitting your images and can take months but Pixsy will keep on but sometimes a case can only go so far.

Amazing how Pixsy has managed to help me track my repeatedly used images. Takes me a while to sort out which is where etc but I am confident that my stolen images will sooner or later be found out! Thank you for helping the internet be a more honest place.

Pixsy is a great tool for discovering infringements.

I found out about Pixsy from the BIPP a few months ago. I have one specific image that is used illegally worldwide. Although I have successfully pursued copyright infringements in the UK for a few years it is not easy and very long winded. Pixsy are at present following up about 30 cases worldwide which I cannot do and have already, after 2 months been successful in one Canadian case. The payment I will receive is similar to what I would have achieved after paying Small Claims Court costs etc. - And a lot of aggro! I have many more cases for them to attack. They are advising me to seek US Copyright on my images which they will handle for me. So....Very happy so far!

Pixsy is genuinely fantastic. On multiple occasions they've gotten me compensated for improper use of my photography. And in cases where that's not possible, they've helpfully provided an option to submit a DMCA takedown notice. During the COVID19 pandemic Pixsy reached out to me to help set up new cases, and talk about existing ones. They've gone out of their way to help me and I couldn't give them a higher recommendation.

The Pixsy team works really hard to get the best financial rewards for your stolen images. Infringers must not be allowed to get away with image theft. 9000 of my photos through Pixsys dedicated search system via my Flickr account and I haven't been disappointed. As a pro, I recommend Pixsy without reservation.

Pixsy provide a great service. I have a couple of thousand images registered with them and in the last few months they've tracked down numerous cases where my images have been used without my consent. Would definitely recommend.
